인간이 자신의 존재 이외의 무언가와 소통하기 위해 사용하는 것을 지칭하는 것에 대해
‘감각’이라 말한다. 시각, 청각, 촉각, 후각, 그리고 미각을 통해 우리는 정보를 받아들이고
세상과 상호교류 한다. 여기서 예술가들은 자신의 예술 언어로 또 다른 ‘감각’을 만들어
대화를 시도한다.
각자의 방식으로 자신만의 예술언어를 구축해 관객과 소통하는 것은 또 다른 ‘감각’이다.
이 전시는 서로 다른 예술언어를 선택한 작가들이 모여 다양한 비언어적 방식으로
관객에게 각자의 ‘감각’을 보여주는 것을 목표로 한다. 국내외 등 다양한 배경을 가진
작가들이 참가하는 이 전시는 세계화 시대에 맞춰 언어적 한계에서 벗어나 예술이라는
카테고리 안에서 각자의 방식으로 이뤄지는 다양한 대화의 종류를 보여준다..
It refers to what humans use to communicate with something other than their existence
as 'sense'. Through sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste, we receive
information and interact with the world. Here, artists try to communicate by creating
another 'sense' in their art language.
It is another "sense" to communicate with the audience by building their art language
in their own way. The exhibition aims to bring together artists who choose different
art languages to show their "sense" to the audience in various non-verbal ways.
Participating artists from various backgrounds, including domestic and foreign
countries, the exhibition shows multiple types of dialogue within the art category, free
from linguistic limitations in line with the era of globalization.
